Please email us if you are uncertain of any of the ordering instructions before placing your order. In this box, please give us the details regarding your design. You may also email us with the requirements and requests.

Downloads are available in 5x7, 8x10, 11x14, 16x20, and custom sizes.  Just let us know when you place your order what size you'd like your design prepared as.

What's included:

  • Placement, hair, skin tone, and clothing/accents for the number of people you select with your order.
  • Up to 2 pets may be included in your design for no additional charge.
  • Please allow 3-5 business days for design preparation.  If timing is of concern, please ask before placing your order.
  • Adding a name for each character and a limited character quote or statement message.
  • The file will be prepared as a high-resolution .jpg.
  • 1 complete round of proofing/changes for each person is included in your purchase.
  • You are responsible for proofing your names and text.
  • We will email you a link to download your design within the specified period.
  • Due to the digital nature of this item, once the file has been sent cancellations or refunds are not possible.
